Bryan and I did the unthinkable and left our four kids for 9 days and ran off to Europe. It was so great! The kids did so good, and we had the best help-- thanks to our two moms, Rebecca, Ranae, and good neighbors and sisters. We started and ended our fun whirlwind in Paris, France. We spent our first day there and last 2 days there. Here are some pics of what we ran around doing!!! But, honestly--by day 8, we were not running anymore! We had such a fun time renting bikes and just exploring back streets of Paris. We biked along the Seine river as well as walked along it and did the water taxi too. The highlight for Bry was the big soccer game we attended - France against Bosnia. It was an experience! I've never been smoked on so much or seen such a fan base chanting and singing. They love their soccer. My favorite was the bikes and just wandering from St. Germain, to the Eiffel Tower, through a fun park, along the river and back towards the Latin District. That is what I would recommend for anyone headed that way. Anyway, Paris was fun and the weather was fantastic! October makes for great weather in Europe!
