Halloween and Fall Fun

The Halloween season was a busy and fun time for us. The girls enjoyed the traditions of decorating pumpkins and singing halloween songs at Grandma Mary's. Blakely dressed up as Pippi Longstocking and Abby as Rupunzel. Baya was a clown, true to her nature! We went to Blakely's school parade and Mrs. Francom was a pirate. Mom helped out at the halloween party and Grandma Mary provided small pumpkins for the grade to decorate. Another fun happening was that they had BYU/Utah day at Oakdale and Blakely got to take her picture w/ Bryan Kehl. Her dad was excited!!! We had a family photo shoot centered around the farm and the harvest and some really cute pictures came about from that. Anyway, we are grateful for all the family fun we have at this time of year and the fun traditions that surround the harvest and halloween.

ST. George Marathon 2009 (and amy's small tri)

ST. GEORGE MARATHON ... 2009! Bryan and Daniel were rocking it this year doing the marathon together. If you can't tell, Daniel is Brys' brother. They did a great job. This was Bry's 6th and Daniel's 2nd. There are also a few pictures here of me accomplishing my summer of the tri. It was just a sprint tri... so not that big of a deal, but it was still a decent challenge for me. We cheered them on at Snow Canyon and it is always a very exciting occasion. Way To Go... you don't just get up and decide to run a marathon. Many many long hours of training go into this venture.

Australian visitors = lots of fun

We were so excited to have our good friends from the Sunshine Coast, Australia come and visit us. It's been a couple of years, but the kids seemed to not miss a beat. We had a fun time visiting the sites and just playing around... miss them lots, maybe we'll have to make a trip their way someday!!!

starting september

Here are some random pics from the end of august first of September. The girls looked cute in their matching dresses after their cousin Ezra's blessing. Zoo trip w/ cousin's Emma and Dylan.. and Baya really getting into her smoothie. Also we had a little neighborhood fun on our friends waterslide. It was quite an event for the kids!

First day of School 09'

The first day of school is always so much fun! Blakely is now in 1st grade at Oakdale. She has a darling teacher. Abby is enjoying 2 preschools. She continues to enjoy Ms. Stacy's preschool and now is also at Mrs. Thompson's. They are growing up a lot and seem to enjoy learning.
