On Christmas Eve Lindsee, my older sister delivered great news to us all. It was unbelievable. She and Grant are expecting a baby. They have been married for 15 years and adopted 2 children. They weren't expecting this at all... it's a tender mercy. All is well still and they have since found out that it will be a girl. Kelsie is also expecting a baby and will be due 2 months prior to Lindsee. This will be their second boy. And... then about a month after Christmas I discovered I was expecting a baby too! So, we are due w/ our 4th baby in September. It ironically happened to fall in the same week we'd booked our family vacation to Newport Beach, California. Oh well...
I am excited to take this journey w/ my sisters. It is not the funnest to be pregnant, to watch our noses swell, bellies grow, cheeks puff, feet get huge... but at least we can laugh at each other.
I haven't felt the best lately but, I hope it will pass soon. It is just part of the first trimester for me. Anyway... kids are good, life is good. We've had some colds over the last few weeks, but nothing major. We are planning a huge family vacation in May to New Zealand and Australia... so that is something to look forward to... be nervous about. It will be a long flight for the kids. I hope I'm not too swollen yet and that the plane ride doesn't do me in... Anway, I'll get pics up soon. I just need to find my camera.... and my wedding ring???/ seriously Amy
P.S. Karri decided to join in!!! She is due in October. All 4 sisters pregnant-never in a million years would I have thought that could happen.
