June 22-- Baya's 3rd birthday and Don and Ruth's Wedding Anniversary

June 22nd is a memorable day for both the old and young in our family. This year it was Grandma and Grandpa's 60th wedding anniversary. We had a really nice celebration at Steve and Cindy's home withh almost all of their posterity. We watched some movies from the past, and some from the recent generation too. We all shared a memory and cried a bit. We love them and are so grateful to have them so involved in our lives. My kids are very lucky to know their great-grandparents so well and get to spend so much one 0n one time with them.
Our sweet little Baya turned three this year on the same day, June 22nd. She is such a love. We call her pure sugar. She has been so fun to watch grow and learn. She loves dresses and wears about 4 a day on average. She loves to change her clothes, dance, give loves, tell you she loves you all day long, ask questions, and play bedtime, or house with her friends. She is growing up so much and it's so fun to have her in our family. She had two parties. We had a fun family Sunday dinner and then a friend, princess party. We had lots of cute little girls running around in dresses, and a few cute little boys too!

End of School, goodbye cousins, and smiley Bradford -june

The last days of school were a party as we had field day, read-a-thons and some cute programs by the girls. Kindergarten was a success and 2nd grade was awesome! We love Oakdale and we really love those big smiles that Bradford is giving us. We also said goodbye to our cute cousins, the Roses. They are off for a big adventure to Connecticut. Dad did the drive with Andrew all the way across the country. They did it in 3 days. We will miss having Sarah's fun personality around to keep us all in check! Here's to a fun summer w/ lots of swimming and family time!

May Times 2011

May was busy-- oh so busy. Abby had a huge carnival party that was a lot of fun. We probably had about 30 kids here.... seriously! Soccer was in full swing w/ both Blakely and Abby. It was a busy thing to do while dad was at work every Saturday! Field trip to the Zoo was nice w/ dad and the whole kindergarten in their matching shirts! Abby was the super star in her kindergarten program singing w/ 2 cute other bears some solos!!! It was so darling-- made her mama proud! May is so busy-- why is it that everything gets planned for May?

Beaching it

California was so great... We road tripped the first week and spent the last 4-5 days in So. Cal w/ the big Ras fam in this fun beach house. We did Disney for a day, and enjoyed our last few days just chilling on the beach etc. We all got fried! Cute pics of the kids w/ their darling Grandma Mary-- and check out Bex buried in the sand.
