Christmas time 2010

Christmas 2010 was great! We got personal visits from Santa after doing the nativity w/ the kids at both Grandparents this year. It was pretty cool. Bradford made a precious baby Jesus and the kids were real sports waking up at 5 a.m. to do Christmas morning at our house because Bryan had to leave for work by 6 a.m. We all got new stockings this year that have our names on them, and that was a fun surprise. We are so lucky to spend our holidays with our families that we love so much and the cousins that keep the party going. Everyone is so generous to our kids and they love Christmas so much~ Oh... and Happy New Year 2011! We brought in the New Year with a lively bunch of kids at 10 p.m. and called it good!
We love Christmas time. We have a few outstanding traditions that are loved by all. Here we are at Temple square w/ the Rasmussen's. It is such a beautiful place at Christmas time. My kids are at the age that they love to go there and see all the little computer programs in the visitors center.
We also love our ice skating tradition. I think we've been ice skating for my birthday on December 21st for about 7 years now. It has become a favorite tradition that makes for a fun Christmas party. Over the last couple of years we have been going out to South Jordan and skating at an outdoor rink by the Pie Pizzeria and eating their pizza w/ our skating escapades.
Rebecca has taken on the tradition from Grandma Ramona of making chocolates. This is a treat for all of us to enjoy. We appreciate these traditions.
